It’s National Cleaning Week!

IT’S NATIONAL CLEANING WEEK!

One of the greatest sources of pride for Wright Cleaning Services Inc. is the fact that what we have such an impact on public health, the environment and the economy.  In fact, the ISSA has conducted extensive research on how regular and proper cleaning in offices, retail, restaurants, schools, hospitals and at home can result in significant public, health and economic benefits.  ISSA stands for International Sanitary Supply Association.  They are an organization that dates back more than 95 years and is comprised of distributors, manufacturers, manufacturer representatives, BSCs, in-house service providers and residential cleaning companies.  Their vision is to “be the leading resource for information, education, networking and commercial opportunities.”  We are very proud to be a member of this organization and the industry knowledge and training they offer us.

This week, from March 28th to April 3rd is National Cleaning Week.  This week celebrates all of the benefits of proper cleaning and maintenance provide and raises public awareness about the importance of a clean environment. 

Although we have always known that a clean environment is important, the onset of Covid-19 certainly had many people re-evaluating their cleaning processes.  As commercial cleaners, we were called into action more than ever by customers who trusted us and the training we have.  As in any industry, the people who perform the duties required on a daily basis are more skilled than those who don’t.  We were able to assure our clients that their facilities were being cleaned with the same care as we had always taken and we didn’t miss a beat when it came to Covid-19 regulations.

This year, National Cleaning Week will be more popular than ever.  As the general public becomes more aware of the importance of cleaning and disinfecting, businesses will ultimately be looking towards professional cleaning companies to clean their facilities going forward.  At Wright Cleaning Services Inc., we are committed to working with businesses to find the most effective processes for cleaning their facilities.  No two businesses are exactly the same and no two workplace environments are exactly the same.

It is our hope that the public will become more acquainted with our industry.  The more we learn about the conditions that surround us in everyday life, the more control we have, while making informed decisions.
