Meet Erica, a cleaning entrepreneur who also happens to be an award-winning fitness & lifestyle professional. In 2018, Erica founded a commercial cleaning business in Ontario called Wright Cleaning Services Inc. A specialized commercial cleaning company serving medical offices, health care facilities, and professional offices with the empathies in infection control and sanitization.
Before starting a cleaning business, Erica worked in the health and wellness industry. Erica has always been passionate about living a clean, healthy, happy lifestyle and takes pleasure in providing solutions for common daily challenges. Erica shares her passion for specialized cleaning processes with her team and customers to deliver on an exceptional cleaning experience. Erica believes that staff should notice when WCS cleaning dream team has been into clean.
Inspired by her mother who has worked in the medical field for over 35 years and learning the challenges of cleaning companies delivering on their staffing, promise, and overall consistent experience, Erica continues to be inspired to create a unique experience for her customers to bridge the gap. Erica focuses on consistently going above and beyond customer expectations and believes what you put into a cleaning job is what you get out of it and its a motto she shares with her staff.
Erica was born and raised in Oxford County and is an active member of the community, and involved with various non-profit organizations as giving back to her community is important to her. Erica has served as a board member for Oxford Children's Aid Society.
In her spare time, Erica loves cooking, reading, fitness training, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her dog Stella.
