Clean Bathrooms & Floors

BATHROOMS

Certainly the most visited places in commercial buildings tend to be the bathrooms.  They are public places but once entered they become personal spaces.  That is why we find ourselves judging any business by the cleanliness of their washrooms.  In a 2011 study done by Cintas, it was determined that 94% of adults would avoid a business if they encountered a dirty restroom.  Not surprisingly, the numbers were highest in industries such as Restaurants, Hotels and Healthcare Facilities.  Following close behind were Supermarkets and Retail Stores. With staggering numbers like this, businesses who want to succeed MUST pay attention to the cleanliness of their bathrooms.  This is also where employees and customers should be practicing good hand hygiene, so proper fulfillment of items such as soap and hand towels needs to be maintained.  Hiring professionals to ensure that proper cleaning and sanitation of these areas can help lessen the spread of common ailments such as colds and flu as well as infectious diseases like Covid-19.  Losing a major portion of our customer base simply because of a less than desirable washroom is an easy fix.

FLOORS

Caring for floors and keeping them looking their best can be a demanding job.  Clean, shiny floors that see high traffic can look dull and dirty in no time.  One thing that we at Wright Cleaning Services Inc. know is that keeping floors looking good is a combination of using the best cleaning products and equipment for the type of flooring and proper maintenance.  We foster good working relationships with our suppliers and keep updated on all the latest products, systems and equipment to ensure we are  giving our customers the cleanest floors possible.

Floors are not one size fits all when it comes to cleaning.  A good cleaner will understand the importance of cleaner to water ration and water temperature to avoid hazing.  They will be experts in the types of products needed for each type of flooring and will be competent in using the equipment necessary to produce a beautiful finish.  If you have ever watched a cleaner using a “Swing Machine”  (pictured below), you have probably thought it looks quite easy.  That’s just how they make it look.  It takes incredible strength and control to use one properly.

According to the Tile Council of North America, the life cycle of a floor can be anywhere from 10 to 50 years depending on the type.  Getting the longest wear and the best return on investment can be obtained by hiring professionals to care for it.  Bacteria and disease can grow on any surface in the workplace.  Why not start from the bottom up and make sure that the flooring in your facility is the cleanest it can be? Why worry about trying to clean and maintain it yourself when a professional can do it for you and relieve some stress?

At Wright Cleaning Services Inc. we take pride in everything we do.  Give us a call and let’s work together to create a clean, sanitary, healthy environment for your customers and staff for years to come.
